Revelare's Mission . . . is to provide the augmented leadership and execution talent necessary to assist smaller-market Wholesale Distribution and Consumer Package Goods Manufacturing companies in the transformation of their businesses. In doing so, we provide true value for the work performed in a delivery model that can be effectively absorbed. When the founding partners formed Revelare Associates, they did so out of a recognized need to bring executive-level skills and value to smaller-market Wholesale Distribution and CPG Manufacturing companies. Very often, these companies do not possess the deep, in house, talent required to rapidly affect a required change. These changes may take the form of maintaining or creating a competitive advantage or of expanding into new markets. Frequently these companies recognize the need for additional professional leadership talent, but simply can't justify the high cost of adding full-time experienced managers. Partnering with a large services firm can be just as cost prohibitive. Even if these firms put forth an affordable proposal, it is rare that any smaller-market client ever receives the direct attention of a true seasoned professional. High overhead and stringent margin targets cause these large service firms to contract at lower price points and then fulfill their engagements using less experienced resources. In the end, the client is left wondering what value they received relative to their investment.
